The purpose of the Proposal Management Information System (ProMIS) program, a web-based application, is to facilitate project management at AFHSC's Division of GEIS Operations. ProMIS is used by investigators in the GEIS partner network to submit proposals for funding consideration, and used by GEIS Operations staff to track progress made by funded projects.
